Extremely professional service and grateful to Richard and team for managing the funeral arrangements of my late grandmother. It felt like they were taking care of their own family. From the first call to inform them- right till the end, the team demonstrated excellent care, support, respect and professionalism. To put it in simple words, there are many funeral companies out there, but by far this is the best, because they genuinely care and they leave a lasting impression.

Dear staff of Heaven Funeral Care, Thank you for helping us through this painful process from beginning to end. No one can ever be prepared for the death of their loved ones. We appreciate all the support from the entire staff. Taking charge from the mortuary right up to immersing the ashes in the sea was all taken care of. Even the death certificates were arranged and door delivered to us. Richard and Lily were fantastic, they were there throughout and oversaw everything personally. Hindu... ceremonies is very meticulous and there are probably hundred of things that is needed to conduct it and we were so thankful that both of them took care of every single detail of it and made it less taxing and hectic for all of us. We are so thankful for having both of you managing dad's funeral. You took charge of everything and gave us ample of time to mourn and grief. We would like to extend our utmost gratitude to Mr and Mrs Richard of Heaven Funeral Care. We realised after acquiring their services that we could not have chosen better. We say this because not only did they look into every aspect of the funeral meticulously but they did so with humble compassion. The Hindu Funeral rights were conducted so seamlessly by them that we did not have to give second thought to any aspect of it. They also looked into our emotional needs, constantly providing a... shoulder to lean on. In essence it felt like we had not hired a third party but had sought the help of family. I do not have enough words to describe the professionalism, support and care provided by Richard and Lili during our recent bereavement. Richard showed up at the hospital within minutes of us calling him and immediately took charge in helping us deal with our grief, and at the same time, managed the necessary administrative tasks. He provided the much needed guidance as to what we needed to do and did not overwhelm us with too much information. He was extremely patient and not once appeared... pushy or overbearing or imposing. Lili too was so caring and looked into every detail. It was very reassuring having them around.They literally took care of everything. Am located in Dubai, so was always worried if something untoward happened to either of my parents in Malaysia. Have seen how complicated ceremonies for a Hindu burial can be and who or what would we do to organise the funeral rites in the right way, so deceased soul goes happy.When I contacted Richard and later met Richard and Lily, I knew Heaven Funeral Care was the right choice. And throughout the arrangement on death certificate, obituary advertisement, arrangement of canopy, tables, food,... flowers and food, priest, everything went perfectly, even the throwing of ashes into sea. We hired Heaven Funeral Care for my late fathers funeral held a day ago. Richard, Lily and their team was excellent and efficient. From the moment arriving to the hospital till the scattering of the ashes. He had everything in hand and ready even for things we forget – he was ever ready at hand. Truly amazed at their commitment and passion in what they did for us. Definitely highly recommended.

I can't thank Richard, lily and the team enough for taking care of my late dad's funeral. Both of them are so passionate about the job. They took care of every single details before, during the 5 days funeral and even after the funeral. They even stayed up late and went the extra miles to make sure the everything was in order. Just recently had Richard and Lily alongside their team manage the best funeral send off for my father in law that one could ask for. These people always show passion in everything that they do. From staying back beyond hours to pickup rubbish, clean up the place, offer food and drinks to visitors, right up till recommending and sourcing random things that need to be bought. The expected solemn occasion and wake of 3 days turned out to be a touching experience bringing all his friends and relatives together to share personal moments and memories of him with us. The entire event was dignified and beautiful, just the way he would have had it. Lili and Richard, you were clear and gracious from the first time we met at University Hospital ICU at 5am and this demeanour was maintained throughout our meetings.
I loved the way you understood what we wanted from the very beginning and executed all our wants and wishes smoothly. Lili, I admire the way you made him look in the coffin with so much care and detail.
It is undoubtedly clear to us that you love what you do and we really appreciate it. The arrangement of events leading to the scattering of ashes from the boat was well organised. The final release of the pigeons was truly apt because it symbolized the union of the 4 remaining family members in honouring our dear father.

On 14th June 2016, my husband, Richard Fong Kin Fut passed away after being in the ICU, PPUM for nine (9) days.
Nothing can prepare one to cope with seeing my husband on the brink of death. And when death finally comes, the pain is so unbearable.
As a wife, totally drained of strength & energy , my mind veeled to the enormity of the task of making the funeral arrangements, Richard & his wife Lily of Heaven Funeral Care. Both of them are my Church member from St Paul's church. I called them but in less than 30mins they arrived in the hospital. They made me feel at ease. They assured me that everything would be taken off. All I had to do was go home & rest. True to their words, my husband's last rites and send-off were performed so professionally & yet, so filled with love, care & compassion.
Richard's & his wife Lily stayed with me throughout the ordeal. I cannot find the right words to adequately thank them but suffice to say that I will remain grateful to them. Now they became very good friends. My family & friends were very impressed too of their good job. I am trully blessed that I know them. Lily do makeup for my husband is so fantastic & professional done. He dressed up do well. My late husband is so handsome as before. Never forget his face & I missed him so much.
